Step 3
For step 3, "Build your Customer List", I created a spreadsheet of the emails of my buyers, which, for obvious reasons, I will not be posted on here
Step 4
For step 4, "Create a Customer-Appreciation Program", I made S.W.A.P.S for every customer and attached a nice note

Step 5
For step 5, "Keep your Customer Connection Going all Year Long", I began making flyers on smores and sending them to my mailing list from step 3. I sent flyers when I turned in the order, when cookies came in, and when cookie season wrapped up with a total. I plan to continue to do this and some ideas of mine for when to send the emails include:
